Views and claims expressed in a video belong to the respective creator, speaker, advertiser, seller, or rights holder and do not necessarily represent the views of AgroBhai. Before using any seed, fertilizer, pesticide, machinery, spray, drone service, crop treatment, or farming technique shown or recommended in a video, users must consult a qualified agricultural expert or the relevant specialist and follow applicable product labels and official guidance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgroBhai shall not be responsible for loss or damage arising from reliance on video content or an advertised product or service.
6. Video Rights, Permissions & Removal Requests:
Videos may be displayed through links, embeds, or promotional arrangements with third-party platforms and creators. AgroBhai does not claim ownership of third-party videos unless expressly stated. If a creator, copyright owner, authorized representative, or other rights holder believes that a video has been displayed without permission or raises a genuine rights concern, they may contact AgroBhai through the contact details provided on this page and include the video URL and relevant ownership or authorization details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the video within a reasonable time. The original HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and related templates written for this section are also protected to the extent permitted by law. Without prior written permission, no person or business may copy, extract, clone, reproduce, adapt, publish, or substantially imitate these protected original design elements or source-code implementations. AgroBhai may preserve evidence, issue notices, request removal or cessation, and pursue appropriate legal remedies where available.
