Land Ownership Records: Updated 7/12 and 8-A extracts (Land revenue records).
Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID.
Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, or Ration Card.
Photographs: 2–3 passport-size photos.
Declaration: A non-default declaration stating no existing loan liabilities with other bank branches.
